Award-Winning Author and Pediatrician, Dr. Reshma Shah

I’m a board-certified pediatrician, award-winning author of Nourish, and parent coach. I’ve served as an affiliate clinical instructor at Stanford University School of Medicine and now co-direct the Learning Center at Plant-Based Juniors.

For over two decades, I’ve supported families navigating everything from picky eating and mealtime struggles to new diagnoses and plant-forward nutrition. My work blends medical expertise with real-life parenting—always grounded in your family’s needs, values, and goals.
