Clarity Session

Single Coaching Session

A 60-minute consultation designed to help you work through a specific parenting challenge or question—with clear, reliable guidance you can trust. Whether it’s a nutrition concern, behavior issue, or something new that’s come up, this is a chance to get perspective, make a plan, and move forward with confidence.

Focus Package

Single Coaching Session with
Follow-Up

A coaching package for parents who want to talk through a concern, implement changes, and return to fine-tune. With time for reflection and built-in follow-up, this format supports thoughtful progress and meaningful change.

What to expect:

  • Pre-session questionnaire to make the most of our time together

  • 60-minute initial consultation

  • 30-minute follow-up session within 1 to 2 weeks

  • Final follow-up email summary with next-step recommendations

  • Package Fee: $450

Nourish Package

Four Coaching Sessions

For families navigating more layered challenges—whether that’s multiple concerns, multiple children, or just the need for more time and space to work things through. The Nourish Package offers deeper, more sustained support, with room to address what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

What to expect:

  • Pre-session questionnaire to make the most of our time together

  • Four 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Flexible scheduling over 4 to 8 weeks (weekly or biweekly)

  • Personalized recommendations and email follow-up after each session

  • Package Fee: $1000

Whichever option you choose, sessions can be added for continued support based on your needs.

While I bring deep experience in plant-based nutrition, I support families across the spectrum — whether you're fully plant-based, plant-curious, or simply looking to feel more confident in what and how you feed your child. My approach is inclusive, evidence-based, and grounded in respect for your family's values and preferences.

  • Once you book, you'll receive a brief intake questionnaire so I can understand your family's goals and priorities. We'll meet virtually, and after our session, I'll share a personalized summary to help you take next steps with clarity.

  • Each package offers a different level of support. A single session works well for one focused concern; adding follow-up gives you space to implement and fine-tune; and four sessions allow us to work on complex challenges or support multiple children over time.

  • I do not accept insurance. However, I offer three coaching options — from a single session to multi-session packages — so you can choose the type of support that fits your needs and goals.

  • All sessions are currently offered virtually, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.
