Tailored Coaching to Help You Confidently Navigate Every Stage of Parenting
Support You Can Trust
Feeding challenges, picky eating, behavior struggles, or managing a new diagnosis can leave parents feeling stuck or stretched thin.
I work with families who want thoughtful, practical support—rooted in evidence, shaped by experience, and aligned with their goals as a family.
Whether it’s making mealtimes feel less stressful, exploring plant-forward eating, or addressing broader parenting concerns, my approach considers what’s happening at the table, around it, and beyond it—because these challenges don’t exist in isolation, and the support shouldn’t either.
How I Can Help
Parenting doesn’t come with a manual — and when feeding, nutrition, or everyday life feels hard, it’s easy to feel stuck or second-guess yourself. Here are some of the challenges I help families navigate:
Picky eating that leaves you worrying about your child’s nutrition
Supporting the transition from infant to toddler feeding
Mealtime stress that starts with the grocery list and doesn’t end when the plates are cleared
Concerns about your child’s weight or growth
Questions about how to confidently feed your child on a vegetarian or vegan diet
Coping with a new diagnosis in your child and what it means for your daily life
Power struggles, behavior challenges, and parenting decisions that feel overwhelming
Supporting tweens, teens, and young adults through growing independence
Whether you’re facing something small but frustrating or more complex, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Choose the Option That Fits Your Family Best
Maybe your toddler refuses to eat anything green. Or you're navigating a new diagnosis with your teen. Whatever’s happening in your home, your questions are valid — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Some parents come with focused concerns. Others need space to explore patterns and find new ways forward. I offer coaching options to meet you where you are — with support that’s practical, compassionate, and backed by years of experience.

What Parents Have Shared
FAQ
Wondering if parent coaching is right for you?
Here are some commonly asked questions to help you decide if this kind of support fits your family’s needs.
-
If something feels hard — whether it's feeding struggles, daily routines, or a new health concern — coaching can help you feel more grounded and less alone. This work is for you if you want expert support that meets you where you are and helps you parent with more clarity, calm, and connection.
-
I offer parent coaching informed by my experience as a pediatrician, with a focus on feeding, plant-based nutrition, and parenting support. While I bring medical and nutritional insight to our work, coaching is not a substitute for medical advice or care. Instead, I help you make sense of your challenges and find realistic, compassionate strategies that support your child and your family.
-
Many families come to me feeling stuck around picky eating, mealtime stress, nutrition concerns, or how to navigate a new diagnosis. Parents also seek support with daily routines, behavior challenges, and finding confidence in their feeding and parenting decisions.
-
No, I work with parents and caregivers because they're the ones best positioned to support children. Coaching provides practical strategies and insights that can be used in the everyday moments that matter — at meals, during transitions, and when challenges arise.
-
Thanks to my background in pediatrics, I work with families at every stage — from newborns to teens and even young adults. Parenting questions evolve, and I'm here to help you navigate those changes with clarity and compassion.
-
Not at all. While I bring deep experience in plant-based nutrition, I support families across the spectrum — whether you're fully plant-based, plant-curious, or simply looking to feel more confident in what and how you feed your child. My approach is inclusive, evidence-based, and grounded in respect for your family's values and preferences.
-
Once you book, you'll receive a brief intake questionnaire so I can understand your family's goals and priorities. We'll meet virtually, and after our session, I'll share a personalized summary to help you take next steps with clarity.

Each package offers a different level of support. A single session works well for one focused concern; adding follow-up gives you space to implement and fine-tune; and four sessions allow us to work on complex challenges or support multiple children over time.
-
I do not accept insurance. However, I offer three coaching options — from a single session to multi-session packages — so you can choose the type of support that fits your needs and goals.

All sessions are currently offered virtually, making it easy to connect from wherever you are.
